ChargeClub - Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 15 August 2025

Welcome to ChargeClub, the exclusive membership program for ChargeZone users. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use and participation in the exclusive membership program] (“ChargeClub”) offered by Tecso Chargezone Limited (“ChargeZone”). By enrolling in ChargeClub, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully before participating in the program.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility – ChargeClub is open to all ChargeZone users with no age or geographic restrictions.

1.2 Enrollment Steps – To join, you must:

• Install the ChargeZone App (For landing page only)
• Complete your profile
• Update your vehicle information Top up your wallet.
  1.3 Membership Fee – Membership is free.
  1.4 Auto-enrollment – All active ChargeZone app users will be automatically enrolled in ChargeClub upon meeting the enrollment steps.

1.3 Exclusion of Fleet Operators: Fleet operators, transport companies, or any entity managing multiple vehicles for commercial purposes are not eligible to enroll in or avail the benefits of this Membership. Such operators must register under the Fleet Operator Program available on our website/app.

1.4 By applying for the Membership, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate. Any misrepresentation, including registering as an individual user while operating as a fleet, may result in immediate termination of Membership without notice.

1.5 Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information provided during enrollment or use of the Membership, including but not limited to registering as an individual user while acting as or on behalf of a fleet operator, shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.

1.6 In the event of such misrepresentation, ChargeZone reserves the right to, without limitation:

• Immediately suspend or terminate the Membership without notice or compensation.
• Revoke any benefits obtained through the Membership.
• Recover from the Member any costs, discounts, or benefits wrongfully obtained.
• Deny eligibility for future membership or programs offered by ChargeZone.

1.7 The Company’s decision in determining whether a Member has engaged in misrepresentation shall be final and binding.

2. Membership Tiers & Benefits

2.1 Tier Levels & Qualification – 

ChargeClub consists of five tiers, based on your monthly EV charging usage:

• Bronze – Onboarding steps completed
• Silver – 50 units/year
• Gold – 200 units/year
• Platinum – 500 units/year
• Red – 1000 units/year
  
  

2.2 Each tier requires a minimum level of consumption or usage, as communicated above and within the App or on our website.

2.3 Your tier status is determined by your consumption levels over a year.

2.4 Tier Benefits – 

Members receive exclusive session discounts when redeeming ChargeCoins:

• Bronze – 5% discount
• Silver – 7% discount
• Gold – 10% discount
• Platinum – 12% discount
• Red – 15% discount
  
  

2.5 Tier Validity & Downgrades –

• To maintain your tier, you must meet the minimum monthly energy consumption for that tier.
• If your consumption falls below the required threshold for your current tier, your Membership may be downgraded to the appropriate lower tier.
• Adjustments are determined solely by the Company’s records of your consumption and may be applied automatically without notice.
• Benefits are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, resold, shared, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes.

2.6 ChargeZone reserves the right to change tier thresholds, benefits, or criteria at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. ChargeCoins – Earning, Expiry & Usage

3.1 Earning ChargeCoins –

• Earn 5 ChargeCoins for every 1 unit of energy charged using the ChargeZone app.

3.2 Existing ChargeCoins –

• Existing coins will be upgraded at the rate of 1 CC → 5 CC upon ChargeClub launch.
• They will expire one year after the launch date.

3.3 New ChargeCoins –

• Earned coins will expire one year from the date they are earned.

3.4 Usage – ChargeCoins can be redeemed for:

• Charging session discounts (based on your tier)
• Exclusive coupons and partner offers within the app

4. Promotions & Rewards

4.1 Sign-up Bonus (From 1 September 2025) –

• 500 ChargeCoins for first-time ChargeClub sign-ups after 31 August 2025
• One-time benefit per non-member only
• ChargeCoins credited instantly after successful enrollment
• Coins expire one year from the date earned
  
  

4.2 Tier Upgrade Rewards – Earn additional ChargeCoins when upgrading:

• Bronze → Silver: 500 CC
• Silver → Gold: 1000 CC
• Gold → Platinum: 2500 CC
• Platinum → Red: 3500 CC
  
  

4.3 Monthly Milestone Rewards – Maintain a monthly charging streak of 40 units to earn:

• Bronze: 100 CC
• Silver: 100 CC
• Gold: 100 CC
• Platinum: 100 CC
• Red: 100 CC
• Rewards are credited immediately upon reaching the milestone
  
  

5. Restrictions & Limitations

5.1 Transferability – ChargeCoins are personal to the Member and strictly non-transferable. They may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or otherwise transferred between accounts or individuals.
5.2 Multiple Accounts – A Member may maintain more than one Membership (up to 3), provided that each Membership is linked to a separate and valid ChargeZone account. Benefits, ChargeCoins, and rewards earned under one account cannot be combined or merged with another.
5.3 Abuse & Fraud – ChargeZone reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold, reverse, or cancel ChargeCoins, suspend benefits, or terminate Memberships where it reasonably suspects: 

• Fraudulent transactions
• Misuse of promotions or rewards
• Any activity that manipulates program benefits

5.4 Account Suspension – ChargeZone retains the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate any Membership or account that, in its sole discretion, is engaged in suspicious, abusive, or prohibited activities. Such suspension or termination may result in forfeiture of accumulated ChargeCoins and loss of tier benefits, without any liability to ChargeZone.

6. Legal & Compliance

6.1 Jurisdiction – These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.
6.2 Amendments – ChargeZone reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the ChargeZone app and website.

7. Data & Privacy

7.1 Data Collection – By enrolling in ChargeClub, you acknowledge and agree that ChargeZone may collect, store, and process certain personal information, including but not limited to your contact details, account information, and vehicle-related data, for the purposes of operating, administering, and improving ChargeClub services.
7.2 Privacy Policy – All personal data will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with the ChargeZone Privacy Policy, available at [insert link]. By participating in ChargeClub, you consent to such collection and use, and you agree to review the Privacy Policy periodically for updates. 

Disclaimer: By enrolling in ChargeClub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any future modifications that may be made by ChargeZone in its sole discretion. Continued participation in ChargeClub following such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
