To enroll in ChargeClub, follow these steps: • Install the ChargeZone App (Only for ChargeClub landing page) • Complete your profile • Update your vehicle information • Top up your wallet Once these steps are completed, you’ll be automatically enrolled into ChargeClub. ChargeClub is completely free to join for all EV users.

What are the ChargeClub membership tiers?

ChargeClub has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Red Each tier unlocks increasing benefits based on your monthly EV charging usage.

What discounts are available in each tier?

You can get exclusive session discounts using your ChargeXP, based on your tier: Bronze (5%), Silver (7%), Gold (10%), Platinum (12%) & Red (15%)

How can I earn ChargeXP?

You can earn ChargeXP through the following: • Energy Consumption – Earn 5 ChargeXPs for every 1 unit of energy charged • Bonus Activities – Earn through activities, & special promotions

How can I redeem ChargeXP?

ChargeXP can be redeemed in two ways: • For charging session discounts (based on your tier) • For exclusive coupons and partner offers within the app • A maximum of 5,000 ChargeXPs can be redeemed per partner offer/coupon redemption. Your discount is automatically calculated based on your current tier.

How do I maintain my ChargeClub tier?

To maintain your tier, you must meet the minimum yearly energy consumption for that tier. Falling below the required usage may result in a tier downgrade.

Will my ChargeXP expire?

Yes. All existing ChargeXP will be upgraded at launch. These upgraded XP will expire 1 year from the date of ChargeClub launch. New ChargeXP earned after launch will also carry a 1-year validity from the date they are earned.
